Data Deletion Request
How to delete specific data without closing your account.
Documents
Delete documents directly in the dashboard. Deletion removes the document from your active records.
Bulk deletion
For bulk or date-range deletion, email [email protected] from your registered address describing exactly what should be removed.
Extracted data
Deleting a document also removes its extracted fields and OCR result from active records.
Backups
Backups are not edited after they are taken; deleted data remains in older backups until those backups are removed, rather than being surgically removed from them.
Confirmation
We confirm in writing once a deletion request has been completed.
