Frequently asked questions
Does the free plan use real AI reading?
Yes. Every plan, including the free one, reads documents with the same AI reader, field checks and review tools. Plans differ only in how many documents you can process each month and how many API requests you can send each minute.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
New uploads pause with a clear message until your allowance resets next month or you move to a larger plan. Nothing is charged automatically for going over.
What do I need to start?
Create an account, confirm your email address and your WhatsApp number. Then you can scan in the web app or create an API key.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Request a plan change in your dashboard; our team activates it and sends an invoice. There is no automatic card charge without your action, and cancelling stops future charges.
