Refund and Billing Policy
How plans, charges and refunds work.
Plans
Each plan carries a monthly document quota, a rate limit and an engine set. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and are read from live plan configuration.
Quotas and overage
When your quota is reached, further uploads are rejected with a clear quota error until the quota resets or your plan is upgraded. Where overage is enabled on your plan, documents above the quota are charged at the published per-document rate.
Upgrades
Plan upgrades are requested from your dashboard and activated by the Mahad OCR team. Upgrades are not charged automatically to a stored card without your action.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled case by case. Contact [email protected] with your account and the period concerned.
Cancellation
You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period.
Taxes
Prices are shown excluding any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
