Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do with Mahad OCR.
You must have the right to the documents
Only submit documents you own or are lawfully authorised to process, with any consent that your local law requires.
Prohibited use
Do not use Mahad OCR to process documents obtained unlawfully, to build identity databases without a lawful basis, to attempt to defeat the field checks or review routing, to reverse engineer or resell the service as your own, or to attack, overload or probe the infrastructure.
High-risk decisions
Do not use OCR output as the sole basis for decisions on employment, immigration, credit, benefits or legal status. A human must review.
Abuse controls
Rate limits, quotas, per-IP demo limits and automated abuse scanning are enforced. Circumventing them is a breach of these terms.
Enforcement
Breach may result in suspension or termination, and where required, notification to relevant authorities.
