Get an API key

Create an account, verify your email and phone, then generate a key in the dashboard.

Steps

  1. 1Create an account at app.mahadocr.com
  2. 2Verify your email address (link) and your phone number (WhatsApp code) — scanning and API keys open only after both
  3. 3For a website integration, verify the website domain first (Domains in the dashboard)
  4. 4Open API keys in the dashboard and create a key
  5. 5Copy the key immediately — it is shown once and stored only as a hash
  6. 6Send it as the X-MahadDoc-API-Key header on every request

Keys are secrets. Never put a key in frontend JavaScript, a mobile app binary or a public repository — call Mahad OCR from your own server. Disable a key immediately if it leaks.
