How it works
Upload an image or a PDF with printed Arabic text. The page is read on Mahad OCR’s servers and the text comes back right-to-left, ready to copy or download as a .txt file. A digital PDF that already contains text gives that exact text; scanned pages and photos are read by OCR, and Arabic pages are passed to our AI reader when it is available, because local OCR does not reliably read Arabic-Indic digits.
Privacy and limits
Your file is sent to Mahad OCR, processed in memory and not stored: no copy is kept after the result is returned. If a page is hard to read, that page may be sent to our AI provider to be read; the result is still not stored.
Each tool can be used 10 times a day from the same network, for free and without an account. Files can be PNG, JPG or PDF up to 10 MB; for a PDF, the first 3 pages are read.
