Account Deletion Request
How to close a Mahad OCR account. This page also serves as the account-deletion route required by mobile app stores for any future Mahad OCR app.
What deletion removes
Your user account, your tenant, your API keys, your uploaded documents and their extracted results.
What is retained
Audit and accounting records required for security and financial integrity, and any data still present in backups until those backups are removed.
How to request
Email [email protected] from the address registered on the account, with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm ownership before acting.
Timing
Requests are actioned as soon as ownership is confirmed. Data in older backups is handled as described on the Data Deletion page.
Self-service first
You can delete individual documents and disable API keys yourself in the dashboard at any time.
