Questions
Is it one API for every use case?
Yes. Every document is uploaded to POST /v1/documents/upload and read with GET /v1/documents/{id}; the result has the same shape for every document type.
Do I have to say what type of document I am sending?
No. doc_type is an optional hint; leave it out and the type is detected.
