Error codes
Every error returns a stable machine-readable code inside an error object.

| 401 | unauthorized | Missing or invalid API key or token |
| 403 | email_unverified | Verify your email address before signing in |
| 403 | forbidden | Your account lacks permission for this route |
| 403 | suspended | The account or tenant is suspended |
| 409 | request_pending | An upgrade request is already pending |
| 413 | file_too_large | File exceeds 10 MB |
| 422 | unsupported_file | Only PNG, JPG and PDF are accepted |
| 429 | quota_exceeded | Monthly document quota reached |
| 429 | rate_limit | Too many requests — slow down |
| 503 | ocr_failed | No engine could process the document |
